Everything you love about KaAri Thread is lovingly handmade. As such, some variations in color and print are natural. Custom designed to be both gorgeous and comfortable, our threads, like most things in life, will serve you best if shown some TLC.

Please, spot or dry clean your quilted picks. And always, first wash separately. Dry on low.

 Shipping is free for all domestic orders in the US for orders over $75. All others will have shipping charges added to them at time of purchase. Please, choose the shipping option you're most comfortable with. We appreciate your patronage and always pack with care and attention. We promise to do our best to send out your order ready to battle the great wide world. 

Please understand that we're a small business and everything we make is custom designed from start to finish and small batch produced. Every single thing we ship out is thoroughly inspected before packing. However, discrepancies and slight variations of fabric are normal for hand dyed and printed items. Anything more and we promise full transparency.

If all else fails though, returns of unworn merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, after inspection. Please note that shipping charges will neither be covered nor refunded.
