1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All orders over $75 ship free within the US. For all other orders, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping (US): 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (US): 3-5 business days

• International Shipping: 2-4 weeks

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (for international orders) to ensure safe delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

At this time, we do ship internationally, with all costs being borne by the buyer.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas in some cases.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Kaari Thread is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at findus@kaarithread.com , and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 of delivery with photos/videos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. International Shipping 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
